I think my roof may have been damaged by a storm, what do I do next?

 

The first step is to contact Sparrow Roofing Co. either by phone or on our website. One of our project managers will reach out to you as soon as possible, at which time a quick conversation about your needs can be discussed, and an appointment can be set for one of our complimentary property assessments. After the initial inspection, your project manager will make a recommendation whether your damage is worthy of an insurance claim, and if it is, they’ll walk you through each step of the process.

Is there any way to reduce or avoid my deductible?

 

Unfortunately, Texas Law prohibits any waiving or reduction of the deductible amount when working with an insurance claim. Sparrow requires full deductible payment to be made on or before the day of production. However, by allowing your project manager to analyze your Scope of Work provided by your insurance company, some relief can sometimes be deciphered to legally reduce your final out-of-pocket cost.
